I know it's late but HAPPY NEW YEAR! So much has happened and we have been in a whirl wind of craziness!!! Sooo te holidays came and went by faster than I can blink an eye. It was my baby's very first. She of course was oblivious to all around her and needless to say it was a perfect holiday season. We didn't have nor did we get all that we desired but the important thing is that we have each other, our health and sanity is never a bad thing. I am happy to report the family is doing well, healthy and growing both height wise & width wise lol. The width part we're working on.
Thanksgiving was spent in Dallas with my sister, her lil family and my dad. That has got to be THE BEST Thanksgiving I've ever had in my life!! It's so much more meaningful that I have a lil person to share it with who is mine all mine. We did lots in Dallas and had lots of fun. We spent a few days as well in Arizona which wasn't too shabby. We love Scottsdale, but didn't spend enough time there to get to visit that cute cute town.
Christmas & New Years was spent at home in Maui. Lots of fun!! Lots of gifts and well wishes from friends and family. Anela was just content with the boxes, paper & ribbons. Played with a few of her toys she got for a split second each and then it was back to the wrapping paper. I don't know what it is about babies and wrapping paper lol. It all started and ended as it was meant to happened I suppose. I imagine the Christmaz list and items grow as her years do and like everything else in life as ha e no control over, we just roll with it. This holiday season was more meaningful because of our daughter and who couldn't be grateful for such a blessing!!!!
This new year, as always there are resolutions set. Some will be kept and some will be forgotten faster than a split second but we go on. Wishing for a prosperous and happy new year filled with many blessings for us and for all.
